JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Supervisor who is responsible for managing daily outlet operations, leading and guiding the team to deliver excellent service, maintaining high quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring a smooth workflow. The role also involves supporting management in administrative, reporting, and problem-solving tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Team Supervision

- Lead, guide, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Daily Operations

- Oversee opening/closing procedures, stock levels, cleanliness, and overall outlet readiness.

Customer Service

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Training & Development

- Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching to team members.

Reporting

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues to management.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.

Cash Handling

- Monitor cashiering activities, verify cash/transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Ad-hoc Duties

- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Previous experience in supervisory or team leader role (preferably in F&B/retail) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Hands-on and proactive attitude

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
