Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant restaurant management or restaurant supervisory role
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Restaurant Manager
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered consistently and to the highest quality
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to create a positive and productive work environment
Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive increased revenue
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
