At least 3 -5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, computer literate, writing skills.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Possess own transport.
Knowledge in cost management will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently & immediately.

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor\'s responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers\' orders as needed
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Monitoring the restaurant\'s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Ensures that all working areas, furnishings and equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
Managing restaurant staff\'s work schedules.
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Attend to customer inquiries.
