• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• At least 3 -5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, computer literate, writing skills.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Possess own transport.
• Knowledge in cost management will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently & immediately.
• Applicant must able to work at Mutiara Damansara.

Tanggungjawab

• We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor\'s responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers\' orders as needed
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring the restaurant\'s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Ensures that all working areas, furnishings and equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Managing restaurant staff\'s work schedules.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Attend to customer inquiries.
