Our non-halal restaurant is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate staff, maintain service standards, and support management in achieving operational and financial goals.Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar roleStrong leadership and team-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressureKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standardsBasic cash handling and POS system experienceFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is a plus)Conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsTime management and organizational abilitiesExperience with scheduling and staff trainingPositive attitude and professional appearance
Works 6 days per week
Tanggungjawab
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient serviceLead, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staffEnsure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest concernsMonitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedbackEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulationsAssist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handlingCoordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food serviceSupport inventory control, ordering, and cost managementEnforce company policies, procedures, and service standards
Step in to assist service staff during peak periods as needed
