Up-to-date knowledge of serving front line & backend on all food & beverages
Familiarity with sanitation regulations
Culinary school diploma preferred
Able to work independently and as a team player
Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status
Written and verbal fluency of the Mandarin language is an advantage
Fresh Grade are encourage to apply for an immediate starter
Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations in restaurant environment
Competent to overseeing all customers ordering request
Able to delegate task to respective staff in peak season arrangement
Able to Multi Task in overall Front Desk & Backend Kitchen environment
Oversee the wait and hosting staff and the kitchen staff
Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints
Training new employees, and conducting monthly inventory
Ensure appealing plate presentation from time to time basis
Monitor food stock and place orders
Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items (QC)
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant area
