Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs To oversee food preparation, presentation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulation Involve in promoting restaurant services and seasonal packages to create value added in the restaurant. Job Requirements: Candidate possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Culinary / Hospitality / Business Studies / Administration / Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience. Preferably Non-Executive specializing in F&B / Tourism / Hospitality or equivalent.
