Responsibilities:



Team Management:

Supervise and train restaurant staff. Create schedules and coordinate shifts.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer experience. Address customer inquiries and issues.

Quality and Cleanliness:

Monitor food quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.

Inventory and Finances:

Manage inventory levels and place orders. Handle cash transactions accurately.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety rules. Train staff on safety protocols.

Qualifications:



Previous supervisory or management experience. Good communication and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of food safety. Ability to handle pressure and solve problems. Flexibility with working hours.

Education:



High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or restaurant management training is a plus.
