-Supports the manager in the development of the IKEA Food Business by ensuring an efficient and economic operation of the department.
-Trains and coaches the co-workers and always ensure high level of service excellence.
-Ensures accurate and safe cash handling at all times in accordance to the operational procedures.
-Ensures full safety and sanitary compliances in accordance to regulatory and operating standards.
-Always look into customers' concern and feedback in IKEA food and services and constantly provide inputs for improvement, good solutions and corrective actions if necessary.
-Facilitates cost controls by assisting in materials requisition and purchase. Prepares daily reports for resource forecast and inventory management.
-Plans work roster and supervise activities of co-workers to ensure that operation optimize in an efficient manner.

Qualifications

At least three (3) years of working experience in a fast-paced and high volume restaurant operations.
SPM or equivalent
