Job Description
- Attend to customer's concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies' policy
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations
