Job Responsibility Job Requirements Strong communication and team management skills, able to coordinate and handle various issues in the workplace Ensure food safety and hygiene meet standards, and restaurant operations comply with relevant regulations Responsible for developing the restaurant\'s daily operation plan, staff scheduling, and task assignment Ensure service quality, improve customer satisfaction, and handle customer complaints Possess marketing planning skills to drive sales and enhance restaurant performance Proficient in team training to improve staff quality and service levels. Job Requirements Basic Requirements: Female, age: 28-45, with at least 3 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor At least a Diploma qualification Proficient in team management, ingredient control, operational management, and SOP execution Must be proficient in both Chinese and English / Familiar with Microsoft Office Pleasant demeanor, customer service-oriented Location: Damansara Uptown + Damansara JAYA Experience in restaurant management Own transportation required Job Benifits Benefits EPF + Socso + EIS 12 days annual leave 14 days sick leave RM 500 medical reimbursement (unused amount can be provided as health bonus) Free access to Gym and swimming pool
