Job Responsibility Staff are required to wear complete and neat uniforms. Greet customers politely with a greeting and a smile when they enter the premises. Set up tables according to requirements and be ready to introduce dishes. Assist customers according to their needs and provide assistance as required. Staff must provide the best service to customers efficiently and effectively. Remind customers not to leave their belongings behind. Ensure that tables and the floor in the work area are always clean and well-maintained. Interact with customers and always fulfill their requests to ensure satisfaction. Provide assistance in the payment process when customers ask for the bill or receipt. Immediately inform the Supervisor if there are customers dissatisfied with the service or if there are other problems. Staff must be ready to perform other assigned tasks. Job Requirements Candidates with an SPM certificate and above are preferred. Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin would be an advantage, and can collaborate with all levels of staff. Experience in F&B, restaurants, or hotels, preferably at least 1 year, is prioritized, and fresh graduates are welcome. Friendly, flexible, and open-minded with good communication skills. Work as a team to provide quality service. Able to adapt to changes in work schedules, work on weekends, and public holidays. Training, overtime pay, and allowances will be provided.
