Job Responsibility Follows all company drink, recipes and procedures Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards Ensure day-to-day outlet operation are carried out smoothly Finding the good taste of coffee drink which acceptable in market s palate Making, taking orders, servicing customer and coordinating with a team Responsible to do research & development for beverage products with recipe formulation Job Requirements Able to do latte art Have a great sense of a good coffee taste Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work Experienced for create authentic own recipe & formulation Minimum of 1 year s relevant experience preferable with formal training in recognized technical institute Requires technical knowledge of coffee, should know the differences between coffee and expresso drinks like lattes, americanos, flat whites, cold brews and cappuccinos .
