DESIGNATED OUTLET : SEREMBAN, PUTRAJAYA, GLENMARIE, KOTA KEMUNING, KELANA JAYA AND MERU JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the overall outlet operations by providing the best services, quality food and positive dining experience for the customer.
- Managing food preparation and ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant process flow and dining experience.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensures compliance with food enforcement and compliance authorities.
- Estimates food and beverage costs.
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
- Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Periodically to evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.
- Collaborates with head office in promoting and upsell the outlet product.
- Maintains sales records and tracks cash transaction according to the company policies.
- Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the Operations Management.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- More than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing restaurant/outlet.
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in F&B/Culinary or any related.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention in detail and efficient organizational skills.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
