We are hiring a

Retail Admin Trainee

to join our team.

This role is designed for individuals who are organised, comfortable in using systems, and curious about how the back end of a retail business operates. You must be able to speak English well, as you will work closely with stakeholders in

Australia and New Zealand

on a daily basis.

As a trainee, you will be exposed to key functions such as

Product and Master Data

. Through hands-on experience and cross-functional training, you will develop a strong understanding of retail operations and system processes.

Upon successful completion of the training period, you will be offered a permanent position aligned with your strengths, whether that's in product support, planning, data management, or another relevant area.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily administrative tasks related to product data, inventory, and planning activities. Assist in maintaining accurate product and master data records within retail systems. Help coordinate product information updates and support product-related activities. Support inventory planning by assisting with data entry, tracking, and basic analysis. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including AU & NZ teams. Learn to generate reports and manage data with accuracy and attention to detail. Participate actively in training to understand retail backend processes and systems. Contribute to team efforts by taking on varied tasks and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

A good command of both spoken and written English is required. Much be comfortable in learning new systems or tech-savvy. Intermediate Excel skills required (formulas, filtering, VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Retail experience is desirable (store or HQ). Able to start work early (7AM daily). Open to fresh grads with strong admin & Excel capabilities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
