POSITION OVERVIEW:

Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and help customers find the products they need.

Sales and Upselling:

Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, recommending products, and promoting special offers or promotions.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including Tineco, Ecovacs, Dibea, and Usmile, to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain an orderly and attractive store environment.

Checkout Operations:

Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments. Provide receipts and handle returns or exchanges according to company policies.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and support store operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Open for Malaysia citizen only Able to start immediately Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus) Able to adapt to retail working environment (shift working schedule, weekends & PH)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
