Our Client Our client is a telecommunications company based in Malaysia that offers a range of mobile and fixed-line services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. Their mobile services include voice calls, text messaging, mobile internet access, and data plans, as well as value-added services. They also provide fixed-line services such as broadband internet access and digital TV services. Our client is known for its innovation, commitment to sustainability, and corporate responsibility. Position Title Retail Advisor Salary Offered Basic Salary: 1) RM1800-RM2000 (Retail Assistant) 2) RM2000-RM2500 (Senior Retail Advisor)
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
- Phone Allowance
- OT Claimable
- Commissions
- Promote Digi products and attend to walk-in customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries.
- Clear understanding of all company products and services.
- Approach customers by convincing them to buy company products in order to achieve sales target.
- Providing customers with advisory, product ownership experience and good after sales support.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year working experience in retail.
- Good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Malay.
- Working Experience in hotels, travel agencies and airlines industries are welcome to apply.
- Well groomed - neat & tidy, professional + pleasant disposition
- Must be willing to be located at any store assigned.
- Must be able to work on public holiday.
