Job Responsibilities: Stay updated on industry trends and digital product knowledge in order to address customer\'s concern. Promote and sell digital products to potential customers through various channels, including in-person, online platforms, and phone calls. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections in a professional and timely manner. Requirements: You must possess at least SPM and proven experience as a sales promoter, sales representative, or similar role - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You have the ability of excellent communication and interpersonal skills in local language. You need possess sound knowledge of digital products and strong customer service orientation to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. You\'ll need to be flexible with your schedule to work on shift - including public holiday and able to work independently as part of a team.
