We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Retail Aesthetic Sales Consultant (RAS) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in converting marketing leads into booked appointments and driving clinic revenue. The ideal candidate is a passionate brand ambassador who excels at building rapport, educating clients, and closing sales with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
A. Sales & Conversion
Actively respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, Google Ads, referrals) via phone, email, and live chat.
Conduct persuasive and consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and packages.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of all clinic services and retail products.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for consultations booked and packages sold.
Manage the entire initial sales cycle, from lead follow-up to booking the consultation or first appointment.
Maintain a robust follow-up system to nurture warm leads and build a strong pipeline.
B. Client Education & Consultation
Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about our aesthetic services, ensuring clients have a thorough understanding of the procedures, expected outcomes, and post-care.
Educate clients on the science and benefits of our medical-grade skincare products.
Build trust by setting realistic expectations and upholding the clinic's standards of honesty and transparency.
C. Customer Service & Relationship Building
Deliver an exceptional and welcoming client experience from the very first interaction.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
Handle client inquiries and objections with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
D. Administrative Duties
Accurately schedule appointments using our clinic management software.
Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the aestheticians and clinicians to ensure a seamless handover of the client journey.
Other ad hoc duties as required by the Company.

Qualitative Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in retail, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality.
A strong interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
A natural consultative seller who listens first and sells second.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software, scheduling systems, and MS Office.
Professional, well-groomed appearance that reflects the clinic's brand image.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or cosmetology is a plus.
