Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail stores. You will be responsible for managing store performance, leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

:

1) Retail Operations:

Work closely with store teams and HQ to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage stock movements including deliveries, returns, transfers, and replenishments. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, visual merchandising, and team performance.

2) Sales Performance:

Monitor and analyze store sales. Set sales targets and support teams in achieving them. Identify areas to improve sales and efficiency.

3) People Management:

Provide coaching, training, and staff performance reviews. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, especially in fashion or apparel.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
