Attend to customers' inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Manage and monitor inventory, stock and products
Price tagging and arrangement of stocks
Carry out the daily work of live operations
Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment
Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times
Assist in stock takes and other events
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field
Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field
Candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
Self-motivated and passionate about retail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
