Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma holders in any field are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred, but fresh candidates are also welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about retail.
• Able to work on morning, noon shift and full shift
• Honest, reliable, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and stocktaking.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through excellent service.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, ongoing promotions, and store policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and overall store goals.
