Responsibilities

• Deliver first class customer service to all customers
• Connecting & engaging with customers at the workplace and over telephone
• Answering customers\' enquiries and replying to emails and messages
• Maintain a clean & organized work environment

Tasks include but not limited to -

• (a) serving customers at counters;
• (b) ascertaining the products desired by customers, assisting them in making choices and taking orders;
• (c) preparing and serving cakes, pastries, sandwiches, beverages etc.;
• (d) wrapping and packing products for pickup and delivery;
• (e) stocking refrigerators and keeping records of the quantities of products;
• (f) receiving payment as cashier for the employer for products sold;
• (g) labelling and displaying products;
• (h) preparing packaging etc
• (i) cleaning and sanitizing work areas, floor, shelves, utensils and equipment
