About the role

A Retail Associate, also known as a Sales Associate or Retail Salesperson, is a front-line employee in a retail setting. Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchasing needs, and contribute to the overall sales and operations of the store. The specific job responsibilities may include:

Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable TTRacing products Conduct live product demos and educate customers on features & benefits Handle transactions using POS system and issue receipts accurately Maintain a clean, well-stocked showroom and product displays Manage stock movement, showroom inventory and customer pick-ups Support promotional activities and retail campaigns Collaborate with retail, warehouse, and customer service teams for smooth operations Other adhoc duties

Job Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for a Retail Associate position. Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not always mandatory, as on-the-job training is often provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and provide excellent service. Active listening, patience, and the ability to address customer needs and concerns effectively. Willingness to learn about products, their features, and benefits. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive work environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, priorities, and store operations. Time Management and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
