Maintain the sales floor, monitor the activities of people in the shop and also resolve customer issues.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which includes wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a SPM or equivalent certificate.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen.
Candidates with integrity and able to handle confidential matters.
Candidates with positive attitude to learn and execute.
