Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, restocking, and administrative tasks.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, prepare daily sales reports, and ensure proper stock tracking and documentation.
Maintain correct product pricing and create visually appealing merchandise displays in line with brand standards.
Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, making recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Oversee stock ordering, receiving, and inventory updates to ensure optimal stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store at all times.
Assist in promotional setups, in-store marketing activities, and seasonal display execution.
Participate in regular stock counts (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and support loss prevention efforts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive team atmosphere.
Stay informed about product details, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
Passionate about the retail industry, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsible, reliable, and a strong team player.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Female candidates preferred.
