Retail Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Cyberjaya, Selangor

Note:

This is a strictly on-site role. Only candidates who are able to commute to Cyberjaya will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, restocking, and general administrative tasks. Manage cash handling and electronic payments accurately, prepare daily sales summaries, and ensure proper stock tracking and documentation. Maintain correct product pricing and develop attractive merchandise displays in accordance with brand guidelines. Deliver exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge, offering recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating complex matters when required. Handle stock ordering, receiving, and updating inventory to maintain optimal stock levels. Uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with promotional activities, in-store marketing setups, and seasonal display executions. Participate in regular stock counts (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and support loss-prevention initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment. Stay updated on product information, ongoing promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

Passionate about retail, hardworking, and eager to learn. Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Female candidates are preferred. Fresh graduates, former cabin crew members, and interns are encouraged to apply.
