to join our team at AEON MALL Kota Bharu You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting the outlet team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
Support team members in daily store operations.
Requirements
Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
