• Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage
• Ability to proficiently speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
• Has worked in customer service related jobs is an added advantage
• A pleasant & friendly disposition i.e. the ability to smile and to treat all our customers in a polite, friendly & helpful manner even in difficult circumstances

Responsibilities

• Restocking and neatly repacking sold items onto shelves.
• Assembling product displays, dressing mannequins, arranging merchandise in store front and keep up with professional display presentation with company guidelines and standards.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Attending and assist customer for product issues.
• Follow-up with superiors and customer for stock order
• Assist stock take as assigned.
• Promoting a positive store culture by welcoming and greeting customers, provide exceptional customer services during customer interactions.
• Maintaining an organized and clean sales floor - including toilet cleaning with 5 senses.
• To take responsibility on company\'s utilities and amenities (coffee machine, television, air-conditioner, computer, sound system, tools, air-freshener, toiletries etc)
• Manage and posting on individual social media - including video shooting and LIVE
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management through proactive selling and effective customer engagement.
• Assisting on preparing daily cash and daily sales report.
• Providing customer database daily
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
