Continuously enhance product knowledge and present it to customers in an engaging manner.
Follow up with customers to offer guidance on their product choices.
Create eye-catching product displays and promotional setups.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and stakeholders.
Foster meaningful interactions to build positive relationships with customers.
Offer constructive feedback to the retail and management teams for improvement.
Achieve daily targets and accurately submit sales and end-of-day reports.
Requirements
A Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in retail.
Available to work 6 days a week.
Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service.
Eager to learn and grasp the technical specifications of consumer electronics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
