Requirements

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with product selection, provide product information, and offer styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory effectively, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash and other payment methods securely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by arranging merchandise displays, tidying up the sales floor, and ensuring a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
  • Support sales efforts by actively promoting products, upselling and cross-selling items, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and ethical conduct, to maintain a professional and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments, and providing accurate change.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
  • Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, replenishing merchandise, and assisting with receiving and unpacking shipments.
  • Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring customer activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and adhering to security procedures.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both English and Mandarin, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
