Assist customers and provide basic advice on products and health queries.
Keep updated with product information, new arrivals, and promotions.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked and remove any expired or damaged items.
Arrange products neatly and ensure price tags are correct.
Handle payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash register.
Maintain a clean and tidy outlet environment.
Work together with the team and take on additional tasks when required.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in any related field.
No experience needed, Training will be provided, Experience is sales/retails are welcomed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holiday.
Self-motivated and passionate about retail.
