We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive

Junior Retail Assistant

to join our Mailboxes Etc. team. This role supports daily operations in the retail center, including customer service, parcel handling, printing services, and general administrative tasks. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the counter with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services Handle inbound and outbound parcels (scan, label, pack, weigh, update system)

Manage drop-off parcels

(Shopee, Lazada, Ninja Van, J&T, DHL, etc.) including scanning, sorting, and arranging pickup

Handle self-collection parcels

(check customer details, scan out, verify identity before release) Assist customers with photocopying, printing, laminating, binding, and other business services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space Manage cash register, process payments, and issue receipts Update records, prepare simple reports, and support administrative tasks Ensure timely and accurate handling of parcels and customer orders Support store marketing activities (flyers, WhatsApp broadcast, social media updates - optional) Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Requirements

SPM / Diploma or equivalent Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude Able to use basic computer applications (email, WhatsApp, simple POS system) Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible Physically able to carry parcels (light to medium weight) Able to work on weekends and public holidays based on roster

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
