Customer oriented and enjoy meeting people by providing excellent customer service to ensure customer\'s satisfaction
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage

Attend to customers and provide product information according to customer needs
Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are completed, documented, and tracked in accordance with company policies and timeline
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\'s products, including their specification, applications, and usage recommendations
Communication: Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales, warehouse to facilitate seamless order fulfilment and resolve customer issues effectively
Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock availability and its display
Any other related tasks as assigned by your superior
