Job Description
- Ideally an out spoken person, highly sociable, energetic, dynamic with confident personality, passionate, self-motivated and a great team player
- Customer oriented and enjoy meeting people by providing excellent customer service to ensure customer\'s satisfaction
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Willing to work in retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays
- Attend to customers and provide product information according to customer needs
- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are completed, documented, and tracked in accordance with company policies and timeline
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\'s products, including their specification, applications, and usage recommendations
- Communication: Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales, warehouse to facilitate seamless order fulfilment and resolve customer issues effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock availability and its display
- Any other related tasks as assigned by your superior
