Job Description
- Branches: IOI Mall Puchong, The Starling Mall Damansara, Selayang Mall and Giant Batu Caves
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide product information and assistance in a knowledgeable manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Restock shelves and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Assist in creating attractive displays to promote featured products.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times.
- Monitor and replenish inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
