Evolut Commerce is DTC brand builder, focusing on high quality supplements & hair products. We\xe2\x80\x99re currently operating in 10 markets and our team members are based out of Singapore.Our hero product, BounceBack, is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in the world and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our aim is to become the Redbull of hangover recovery, making hangover remedies accessible to drinkers worldwide. Other products within the group includes Stryv.co, getmantou.com, etc.We\xe2\x80\x99re big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. This means commerce and information are more efficient, and the implication to the end customer is that product quality goes up and cost of goods are reduced drastically. We want to be the catalyst for this paradigm shift within the health and beauty industry.We\xe2\x80\x99re backed by global institutional investors which includes Bonjour Holding (Listing No. 0653.HK), SparkLab Ventures, Paragon Capital, Farquhar Ventures, East Ventures and super angels which includes founders and management teams from Grab, ShopBack, Carro, Prism+, Tiktok, Airbnb, Spenmo, Nasper, etc.The Role

• Learn deeply about Stryv products and be proficient in demonstrating them
• Engage and serve customers well
• Meet sales targets for personal and store
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in store
• Report on buying trends, customer needs to retail managers
• Propose innovative ideas to increase how store can improve Progression: Stryv Aims to open 5-10 stores across Malaysia. Trusted and performing staff has opportunities to progress to supervisor/store manager/area manager.

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail, Internet and Consumer.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• Proven successful experience in retail sales
• Customer engagement skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and another local language fluently
• Able to work retail days and hours (Weekends, PH, nights)
