Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STM/A-Level/Diploma in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in consumer electronics retailing.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional lanaguge is an added advantage).
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Able to work independently, proactive, and skilled in handling customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in the retail industry.
• Comfortable using digital technologies to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and administrative skills.
• A team player with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Values trust and respect in fostering a harmonious and united work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Greet and assist customers in identifying their needs.
• Explain product features, provide recommendations, and demonstrate product usage.
• Maintain a well-organized store and ensure high visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure stock accuracy in the outlet.
• Perform daily operational tasks, including sales reports and stock-taking.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by management.
