Job Description

Customer Service & Sales

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in line with company policies. Actively support in achieving monthly sales targets.

Store Operations

Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise. Replenish shelves and maintain proper product displays. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages to the supervisor.

Store Presentation & Standards

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and storage areas. Ensure products are correctly priced and tagged. Support promotional activities, in-store events, and seasonal changes in displays.

Teamwork & Compliance

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Follow all company policies, including health and safety, security, and cash-handling procedures. Participate in training and development sessions as required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
