Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Store Assistant to support daily operations. You'll help customers, process sales, manage merchandise, and keep the store tidy.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service



Greet and assist customers Answer product inquiries and help locate items Handle complaints professionally

Sales Support



Process transactions via POS system Stay updated on promotions Upsell/cross-sell products Assist with printing product designs

Merchandising & Store Maintenance



Maintain clean, organized displays Restock shelves and assist with inventory Set up promotional signage Help with deliveries and general cleaning

Teamwork



Collaborate with team to meet sales goals Support team during busy hours

Requirements



No experience required Able to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays Strong communication and customer service skills Bahasa required
