About the role

This is a full-time Retail Assistant Manager role with Ubigo Concept Sdn Bhd, based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Jdex retail store at The Mines shopping mall. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing retail brand and contribute to the success of one of our flagship locations.

What you'll be doing



1. Oversee the operational performance of multiple retail locations within KL & Seremban Area.

2. Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock availability.

3. Achieve regional sales targets and profitability goals.

4. Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business decisions.

6. Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and retail staff.

7. Ensure stores deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand values.

8. Address escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues.

9. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and Sales report for every month.

10. Control operating costs while maximizing revenue.

11. Prepare Promotions , New Products implementation display in stores and make sure shock out in multiple stores at the same time.Assist the Store Manager in directing and coordinating all store activities to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals

What we're looking for



1 .2+ years' experience in a retail assistant manager or similar supervisory role

2. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs in a retail environment

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

4. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing a great shopping experience

5. Proficient in using retail management systems and analysing sales data

6. Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

7. Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to the success of the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
