Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Friendly, customer-focused, responsible, and punctual.
Good communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
Experience in retail or ticketing is an advantage (training provided).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Handle retail sales and assist customers at the shop counter.
Sell tickets for public sessions and manage customer enquiries.
Perform daily opening and closing duties for retail & ticketing counters.
Monitor and restock inventory.
Handle cashless payments using POS system and prepare daily reports.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of retail and ticketing areas.
