Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases. 5. Promoting shop membership cards and explaining membership benefits to customers. 6. Perform regular price audits to ensure correct price tags are displayed. 7. Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner. 8. Processing customer payments using the shop\xe2\x80\x99s Point of Sale (POS) system. 9. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.
