- Professional certificate / Diploma in any field.
- 1 or 2 years previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Annual Leave
