Requirements
Requirements:-

• SPM, diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service (experience in sports retail is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling transactions is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate merchandise.

Additional Information:

• Located : SS2 (PJ)
• Salary package : Basic + commission + allowances

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:-

• Promote products and provide styling suggestions
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries
• Support visual merchandising and store display setup
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Report customer feedback and sales trends to the team
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
