Part-Time Retail Assistant
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner. Offer knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Sales Support:
Assist in meeting store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and active participation in promotional campaigns.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, especially new arrivals and best-sellers, to effectively educate customers.
Store Maintenance:
Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are tidy.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to meet store goals. Participate in briefings or training sessions when required.
Customer Feedback:
Help address customer concerns or feedback and escalate any issues to the store manager when needed.
Qualifications:
Prior retail experience is an advantage but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for wellness, aromatherapy, or natural lifestyle products.
Available to work
2-3 days per week
, including
weekends and public holidays
.
Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer functions.
