Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable
Retail Assistant
to manage daily operations at our Bayu Somerset outlet in Publika Shopping Gallery, Kuala Lumpur. If you have a flair for fashion and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and engage with customers on the sales floor
Operate POS system and manage transactions
Maintain store presentation, including folding and visual standards
Provide fitting room assistance and product knowledge
Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries
Replenish stock on the floor based on inventory data
Perform daily stock counts and assist in stockroom organization
Fulfill and prepare online customer orders (if applicable)
Execute weekly task checklists and store SOPs
Promote services such as : Ship To Customer, Loyalty Programme, Order Pick-Up Incentive*
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Experience in retail is a plus (fashion retail preferred)
Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Able to handle fast-paced retail environment
Reporting to:
Area Manager / Outlet Manager
