The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

• Minimum SPM / equivalent education
• Must be able to speak in Mandarin
• Prior retail or cashier experience is an advantage but not required (training provided).
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Cashier Duties:

• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet, etc.).
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges following company policies.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper cash handling.

Store Operations:

• Restock and organize fruit displays to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Check product quality and freshness regularly.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.

Other Duties:

• Assist in promotional activities and special offers.
• Support the team in daily store operations as needed.
