Requirements

• SPM certification or equivalent.
• Passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Process and manage customer orders received via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Arrange timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales outlet.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
