Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage outlet operations, including daily operations, inventory control, and outlet security.
  • Experience or willingness to learn product display and merchandising techniques to enhance the store's visual appeal.
  • Capable of performing stock counts and tracking inventory accurately.
  • Familiarity with processing customer refunds and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Willingness to work in Setapak, Setia Alam, Kota Damansara, or Puchong as required.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to team management efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, including sales, refunds, and exchanges, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, tracking stock movements, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and pricing new merchandise shipments.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and providing product recommendations to customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, loss prevention, and safety.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex situations to the store manager when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
