Provide a warm, courteous, and professional service experience to all customers.
Assist customers with product selection by understanding their needs, preferences, and styling requirements.
Maintain the boutique's visual standards, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and an organized environment at all times.
Arrange and replenish merchandise on racks and displays in accordance with the boutique's visual merchandising guidelines.
Handle product packaging and support the checkout and payment process accurately and efficiently.
Support and participate in boutique sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Well-groomed, presentable appearance in line with the boutique's brand image.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in retail or fashion-related roles.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated, energetic, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
